From Lumley Arms, this is a high strength replacement bolt knob for your Lithgow CrossOver LA101. Also fits other rifles with an M6 x 1mm thread however it is designed for a flush fit to the 9.06mm (0.357") diameter shoulder of the LA101's bolt handle - see the complete dimensions in the last image of the gallery. Made from 304 grade stainless steel then cerakoted, our bolt knob replaces the original factory synthetic part. It is 2mm longer and 2mm wider and mimics the style of the classic Winchester 70 bolt knob. No gunsmithing is required to fit. Both color options are glass bead blasted and then cerakoted to match the original factory finish of all external metalwork (black or titanium cerakote options). We recommend installing the knob onto your bolt handle with a low-strength thread locking compound applied to the threads (nothing stronger than purple loctite 222 or equivalent).
