Warranty

We design our products to be unbreakable and last a lifetime, however in the rare chance of an issue they are warrantied against manufacturing defects and flaws whether you are the original owner or not and regardless of age of the product. Simply contact the dealer from who you purchased it from or otherwise contact us directly.

Some of our products include small components such as fasteners, springs, dowel pins and other similar parts which can be easily misplaced during regular cleaning and maintenance.  If you require replacements for any of these small components, we will supply these free of charge depending on availability at the time (shipping costs can apply depending on destination).

We don't warranty our products for wear and tear commensurate with the product's use and age, however if your Lumley Arms product incurs damage, please email photos and a brief description detailing this. If it can be repaired, we will either supply spares or we may service it free of charge if it can be rectified from our pool of spares parts. We may need to charge a fee to cover our return postage cost back to you depending on the destination. Please ensure to contact us first so we can evaluate and agree to a remedy before posting anything to us.
