Oversized safety (dome head)
For left-handed shooters wanting to the reverse the direction of the safety for the right-handed models listed below, we also make a right-handed safety on this link here. The right-handed safeties on these triggers are not reversible without gunsmithing to the trigger plate. We incorporate all the same features of the original Remington left-handed safeties and have tightened up specific dimensions for a more precise engagement between the 'safe' and 'fire' positions. We also include a replacement safety coil spring and safety detent ball which enables owners with the 'ISS / J lock' locking safety to convert their trigger plates so no key is required (typically found on firearms made from 2002 to 2005). Designed for use with gloves or for when the small factory safety is difficult to engage this is a durable safety that will never wear out, is highly-resistant to corrosion and has been made from the best materials with the best finishes applied. The deep serrations provide a very grippy surface for all weather conditions. We include a red color o-ring to indicate when the safety is disengaged and the firearm is ready to fire. This o-ring will glow very mildly in the dark after it has absorbed U.V. light for those shooters that use their firearms in low light conditions. A small pin punch is required for installation.

Installation
We don't have instructions for products relating to triggers however the
image gallery has renders showing how the components in this kit fit
the trigger housing. If unsure on installation, we highly recommend
having a qualified and competent gunsmith do the job.
Always ensure the firearm is unloaded
before commencing work and test that the safety functions
exactly as it should upon
reassembly whilst the firearm is unloaded. Be aware that the extra
length and size that this safety provides will facilitate easier
engagement allowing it to disengage, care needs to be taken when handling the
firearm to ensure that this does not occur unexpectedly.
